# NDR for Cloud end of sales and support

## Applicability

This article only applies to NDR for Cloud (Gigamon) customers and does not impact any other Vectra products. NDR for Cloud used Gigamon GigaVue technology to forward network traffic to Vectra Sensors for processing. Vectra continues to support traffic processing through Gigamon technology, but Vectra no longer sells NDR for Cloud which combined Vectra licensing with Gigamon licensing.

## End of Sales

NDR for Cloud was available for sale until August 31, 2025.

## End of Support

* All existing NDR for Cloud licensees are entitled to Support from Vectra through the duration of their existing NDR for Cloud subscription, but not after the existing license expiration date.
* Only those NDR for Cloud customers whose subscription expires on or before January 31, 2026, will be permitted to renew their subscription, and only for an additional 12 months.
  * If a customer's existing NDR for Cloud subscription is due to expire after January 31, 2026, they will not be permitted to renew early.

## Recommended Migration Path

1. Customers can buy Gigamon capability directly from Gigamon and continue to license Vectra NDR for use with Gigamon.
2. Customers can migrate to Vectra Fusion - a flow log based solution that is easy to deploy within your cloud environment in less than an hour. Please reach out to your Vectra sales contact for more details.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.vectra.ai/deployment/deprecated-retired/ndr-for-cloud-gigamon/ndr-for-cloud-end-of-sales-and-support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
